The dumplings served here are based on a family recipe, passed down to the Chinese owner-chef by her grandmother. The husband and wife team make sure that each piece of dumpling is made fresh to order. The signature dumplings are pan fried, then partially steamed until all liquids in the pan have evaporated, leaving behind a wafer-thin crisp web of golden crust. You can also find Boiled dumplings and xiao long bao on the menu. Alcohol is not served.
