Inaniwa Yosuke specializes in authentic handmade Inaniwa-style udon, a top three udon variety in Japan, together with Sanuki-style and Mizusawa-style udon. The restaurant is the Seoul branch of the Sato Yosuke udon chain in Japan. Inaniwa-style udon is the thinner and flatter cousin of the Sanuki-style udon ubiquitous to Korea. The texture of the former is soft while being pleasantly chewy with a distinct springiness.
