Chef Edward Kwon describes Lab XXIV as a space where his thoughts are in constant motion, 24-7. Little has changed since the restaurant moved to Hotel Le Meridien Seoul from its previous address in the swanky Cheongdam district. The interior is as modern as ever – albeit with a slight upgrade – and the taste of the food matches its beautiful plating. Kwon, who is in charge of the hotel’s F&B management, gets most of the ingredients straight from the source – and it shows. The restaurant’s extensive wine list, completes the elegant dining experience.
