Located next to Dosan Park, Sushi In is Chef Lee Jin-wook’s restaurant with a primary focus on people and food. His dedication to serving his customers and the food he serves are embodied in the restaurant’s logo, taken from a Chinese character in the shape of a fish. Lee is the sole chef behind the sushi counter and there is a reason for this: he wants to keep the taste of the food as consistent as possible. Lee prepares the shari using only rice imported from Japan and salt. Lunch service is limited to Wednesdays and Saturdays only and reservations are a must.
